Payment is to be made in full at the time of service. If you have a deductible that has not been met, you should be prepared to pay in full the day of your appointment. All co-pays will be collected at the time of service. If you need to make special arrangements, you can speak with the billing department to work out a suitable agreement.

All major insurance plans including Medicaid are accepted. Personal payments may be made by cash, major credit cards, debit cards or personal checks.

Chemical Dependency evaluations are typically not covered by insurance plans.
